What happens after I sign up?Once you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email containing a questionnaire. This will give us the essential information to begin working on your social media content. Once completed, we can launch your social media presence with Start Social!

Is there a minimum contract?No, there are no minimum contract terms for either of our plans. When you cancel, we ask that you give us 30 days' notice so that we can wrap everything up neatly.

How can I see what content is being scheduled?You'll receive a unique login for Buffer, our scheduling platform. This will allow you to view upcoming and scheduled posts for your accounts easily.

What tools do you use?We utilise industry-standard tools like Canva, Buffer, and Photoshop to create and schedule your content.

Do you use AI to create content?No, we do not use AI for content creation. All of our content is human-generated by our team of skilled social media technicians.

Can I still post on my social media accounts myself?Absolutely! We encourage you to continue posting your own content. We understand that sometimes you might have time-sensitive updates or want to share something spontaneously. Our service is designed to fit seamlessly within your existing social media strategy.

How much notice do you need for specific assets or promotions?We require 10 working days' notice for any specific assets or promotions you'd like included in your social media content. This allows our team sufficient time to design and schedule everything effectively.

What do I need to provide initially?To get started, we'll need some information about your brand, including your brand guidelines (logos, fonts, colors, etc.), and any relevant assets (such as product images). The more information you give us, the better we can tailor your content.

Do you offer photography or product shots?No, we do not currently offer photography or product shot services. If you have products you'd like featured in your social media content, you will need to provide us with the necessary images.
